KCVSI has partnered with several small and large Event Centers and Convention Centers in the DFW area to support concession operations and provide high-quality food service choices for their customers.

KCVSI does Concessions

Our regular Event Center concession customers/partners include Centerplate at Dallas Convention Center, and for special events have included The Bomb Factory, Lewisville Premier Event Center, Reedy High School events, City Futsal Sports Park, Little Elm High School events, Parkway Hills Church, SMU, Heritage Park Event Center (Muenster, TX), and several others.

We can support and enhance your existing concession operation or help run you existing concession facilities as needed and add our services and products.

We can supply your existing concession operation with sealed, pre-packaged fresh Popcorn ready-for-sale, or we can create fresh-popped popcorn on-site with attractive and professional equipment.

We have done 50 person events, 500 person events, 3000 person events, and regularly do events at the Dallas Convention Center with multiple stands for 10,000 to 100,000 people.

Why Partner with KCVSI?
(What’s in it for your Venue?)

To provide you a general idea of potential gain from partnering with K&C Value Services' (KCVSI), here are some facts: 
•Our sales data for the first thirty-three months of our concession operation with our largest partner shows that KCVSI has paid over $400,000 in royalties to that concession operator in that time period.  Our exact sales and royalty figures and the KCVSI agreement with that partner are private, but over those 33 months of operation, that averages over $12,000 per month.  You should also understand that this is for part time operation for a variety of events, mostly on the weekends, not full time.  
This is their payment share, not our gross.  
•That event center partner provides only electricity and space, and assumes no other cost, labor, or operation risks.  We provide our own insurance and Certificates to the event center.
•Since that initial sales data was prepared and analyzed, our operations have grown and sales are much higher, and our partner’s royalties and payments are also much higher in an average month.
•Prior self-run operations (by that same event center) of the same product offerings did not match our level of sales, while they were also saddled with labor and equipment costs.  Our partnership has lowered their costs and increased their income substantially.
•We can use the standard POS system used by the event center, or provide our own.
•Our agreement can be setup as a flat fee per event, a percentage of sales, or some other method you need.
•Any venue or event with adults or parents looking for a healthy and delicious snack alternative for themselves or for their kids is an ideal location for KCVSI Doc Popcorn and Frozen Flamingo drink operations.
Family oriented events such as volleyball tournaments, cheer competitions, ‘comic-con’ type events, car or motorcycle shows, etc. bring out families who appreciate a high quality, natural and delicious product. 
KCVSI, Doc Popcorn, and Frozen Flamingo have also done very well and gained many new fans and loyal repeat customers during events attended primarily by young professionals such as Mary Kay, Tony Robbins, Mecum, Ambit Energy, Boxing, and the American Nurses Association conferences over the past few years. 
We have increased our number of repeat customers and have many, many of those event attendees tell us that we are one of the things they look forward to every year when attending these events. 
•Doc Popcorn concession sales are backed up by about 100 or more in-line store and event center (theme parks, convention centers) locations across the US, so many concession customers are already dedicated fans of our tasty, natural products.  This includes our two in-line stores in the DFW area open every day in the Dallas Farmers Market and NorthPark Center.  Doc Popcorn also has mobile carts at Texas Motor Speedway, Frisco Fieldhouse, Dallas Market Hall, UT Arlington, and several other locations around DFW, so people are likely to be already familiar with the quality of the brand and products.

K&C Value Services Inc. (KCVSI), a franchisee of Doc Popcorn, is a family run, woman-owned, and family-oriented business.  We are absolutely dedicated to providing our venue operators with whom we partner not only risk-free income, but also to provide their customers great-tasting popular products.  We bring smiles and a fun experience which reflects positively on the venue, helping to leave customers with a positive impression of their visit to our partner.  It is truly a win-win situation for both KCVSI and for our venue hosts and customers. 
     Other Details:  Our mobile stands typically provide several delicious flavors of popcorn, made fresh on site with the best ingredients available anywhere—without any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives—which is unique in the popcorn concessions industry where the typical ingredients are highly processed and/or artificial.  
Doc Popcorn has created over a dozen delicious flavors of popcorn, but we find that our mobile stands do well when providing a choice of just four of the most popular flavors, usually rotated or adjusted based on the mix of customers attending a particular event. 
Our experience with a very large variety of different customers at our largest venue has given us understanding of what flavors will match to various type of events and customers.   
      If space is an issue at your venue, we can pop fresh at our inline store and scoop and sell onsite with a smaller footprint.  We can also deliver in bulk or in a choice of several sizes of sealed plastic bags.
       If desired, KCVSI can also provide additional services (also risk-free to the venue operator), such as bottled drinks, freshly made (real) frozen lemonade, several other frozen drink flavors, and a super-premium caramel popcorn called “Caramel Bliss” which lives up to its name.  We also have additional super-premium flavors available:  Caramel Apple, and Cookie’s ‘n’ Cream—made with real Oreos and Hershey’s white chocolate.
